What So Many People Are Experiencing Right Now, and Why You’re Not Alone
Recently, I asked people in a simple survey: “How are you really feeling – emotionally and inside?” The answers were honest, raw and deeply human.
Over and over again, people described feeling:
Overwhelmed and anxious
Emotionally drained and exhausted
Stuck, unclear or disconnected from themselves
Unable to switch their mind off
In constant stress or fight-or-flight
Carrying too much responsibility
Struggling with low mood, pressure, or guilt
Feeling like they’ve lost themselves
Many said things like:
“I feel blocked.”
“I can’t find peace.”
“My mind won’t rest.”
“I don’t feel like myself anymore.”
What stood out most was that people feel overloaded.
This Is More Common Than You Think
These experiences are not a personal flaw. They are a very common response to modern life. So many of us are:- Constantly thinking, Constantly giving, Constantly holding things together, Constantly reacting to stress.
When this goes on for too long, the nervous system becomes overwhelmed. Emotions get stuck. Energy gets drained and we lose our sense of inner calm and safety. Many people said they’ve already tried Counselling, CBT, Meditation, Yoga or Talking things through. These can help, although often they don’t go deep enough to create a real reset.
What seems missing is emotional and energetic regulation.
